21 Jun 2017 As I said, I've been experiencing a issue over the last few days where my Steam Workshop mods for EU4 in particular don't seem to be working correctly. 8 Apr 2019 I have subscribed to a few and it will instantly say that the mod is downloaded my download cache, exiting steam, deleting appcache folder,  16 Nov 2019 When trying to subscribe to any mod in the mod center, it gets stuck on 'downloading' yet the mod gets a green checkmark. In my mods folder,  I've downloaded the clothes, put them into the Mods folder, resource.cfg file is I couldn't believe that this was such a small mistake on my part that it took me 3  After that, I installed some new mods and kept some of the older ones since I'm pretty I downloaded all my mods accordingly, put them in the mods folder, and  The custom content is in my mods folder for sims 4 and everything is how it should The thing is, I downloaded some CC that were published after the update.
